Future Events

Local History Slide Show.

The Bootle and Orrell local History Group will be holding a slide show on Wednesday 29^th May at 7:30p.m. in the Day Care Centre next to the Hub Nub and opposite Orrell Library.

Tickets are on sale for Ł1.50 (refreshments included) and can be purchased from the Hub Nub Centre.

Local History Slide Show Update:

The above event was a great success, and funds raised on the evening went to the Little Chapel restoration fund.

Below are a few pictures taken at the slide show.

	The History Group Notice Board generated a lot of interest from all age groups.

	As you can see, the evening was very well appreciated by an enthusiastic audience.
	Many books and leaflets regarding the history of Bootle were available on the night for those attending to view or purchase.
